How long have you been in the field?
Since 1999, I have been assisting clients with many different bookkeeping functions. If you are needing some support, I am sure I have dealt with and solved that issue before. Let me help you.
Do you work with Quickbooks Desktop or Online?
As a Quickbook Pro Advisor, I have been certified in both platforms for many years. Many offices have a mixed environment, and I can easily support them with questions or training on both platforms.
We have a new staff member, can you help us to train them?
Many of my long term clients rely on me for just this purpose. Some candidates do not have a lot of QB experience, so instead of sending them to an exhaustive (and time consuming) QB training class that spends lots of wasted time learning info that is not applicable to their business, they hire me to get them “up to speed” learning and implementing only the pieces they need to know.
This process is more efficient as with DRCSD they learn and do the entries at the same time, replacing the classroom process of learning and taking notes, then return office later and try to remember what was taught to do the actual work. It also eliminates the potential for mistakes.

We have a brand new company. Can you help?
Many new business owners mistakenly hire a general, low wage, office person to set up their first office. The trend of a “start up on a shoestring budget” usually leads to many mistakes from inception of the business and a lot of wasted time in “do overs”. Most of all with accounting! Imagine being a year into your business and then needing to hire an expert to rip everything out and start again from the beginning! I am here to help walk you through the entire process and assist in training your staff to perform the functions needed to give you the data you need to run your business efficiently.
Do you offer Payroll Services.
No. I do not do what most people think of as traditional Payroll Services. What I do provide, in the area of “Labor Compliance, is sometimes referred to as “Certified Payroll.”
I have a full year of Bookkeeping that I need to do. Can you help?
Of course. Several clients have come to us that fall into this category. Either they need help to fix what they have done, or maybe they are just starting out and need the set up for Quickbooks for the first time.
